Banka Intesa Beograd	After a 14-year-long successful business activity, on December 5th 2005 Delta Banka changed its name and became Banca Intesa ad Beograd. As you already know, owing to the leading position and potential of Delta Banka, in August 2005 Banca Intesa became the owner of 90% plus one share of Delta Banka’s capital and so our bank joined one of the most successful European banking groups with its head office in Milan.
